水杨醛-芴胺席夫碱的合成及其抑菌活性

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型含芴类的席夫碱(2-芴胺缩水杨醛)的合成,其结构经IR、1HNMR、MS和元素分析确证。用培养皿平板培养法对目标化合物进行了抑菌活性测试,结果表明它对金黄色葡萄球菌、苏云金杆菌及枯草杆菌等都具有较好的抑菌活性。The synthesis of a new schiff base （ salicylaldehyde - fluorenylamine） with fluorene was introduced. The structure of target molecular was characterized by IR, 1HNMR, MS and elementary analysis. The antimicrobial activity of the new schiff base indicated that it was an effective bactericide on bacillus such as Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thuring Iensis and Bacillus subtilis.
