浅谈本科涉外护理人才培养的对策

摘　　要：培养涉外护理人才是实现与国际接轨及满足国际护理人才市场的需求。文章分析了涉外护理市场的需求、护理本科教育存在的问题,提出培养本科涉外护理人才的对策,主要是确定培养目标、调整课程设置、加强英语教学、更新教育理念及教学方法。The training of foreign nursing personnel meets the needs of the intemational nursing talent market and the international standards. This paper analyzes the needs of the foreign nursing market and the problems in teaching nursing undergraduates and puts forwards the countermeasures of training the foreign nursing undergraduates. The main countermeasures are to determine the training goal, to adjust the curriculum, to strengthen English language teaching, to update educational philosophy and teaching methods.
