摘　　要：目的探讨口腔黏膜移植术在治疗重度结膜囊狭窄中的临床应用效果及安全性。方法采用口腔黏膜移植治疗36例36眼结膜囊狭窄患者，术后随访观察6～18个月，平均11个月。结果36例安装义眼后双侧睑裂宽、高基本对称。3例结膜囊再次收缩，其中2例再次行游离厚皮片结膜囊成形，1例改换眼模重新植入结膜囊囊内。结论对于中、重度结膜囊狭窄患者，采用口腔黏膜替代缺损结膜是一种较好的术式。Objective To explore the safety and effect of oral mucous membrane in the treatment of severe contracted ocular socket. Methods Thirty - six cases （36 eyes） of severe contracted ocular socket were treated by oral mucous membrane transplantation. The follow - up was 6 - 18 months, averaged 11 months. Results After surgery, most cases had good cosmetic effect with ocular prosthesis. Three cases had recurrent socket contracture. Conclusion Oral mucous membrane transplantation for the reconstruction of contracted ocular socket is an effective method.
