摘  要:采用电子显微镜技术与生化分析研究了雷公藤总生物碱对粘虫幼虫中肠组织及主要消化酶的影响.电镜观察结果表明,中毒试虫的中肠细胞及其细胞器发生明显病变,肠壁细胞微绒毛零乱、脱落;线粒体肿胀,出现空白亮区,双层膜不完整;内质网池扩张,囊泡化,粗面内质网减少.消化酶活性测定结果表明,中毒试虫中肠蛋白酶、淀粉酶及脂肪酶的活性和正常试虫相比无明显变化.Electronic telescopic technology and biochemical analysis were used to study the effect of the total alkaloid from Tripterygium wilforclii Hook on uhrastructure of the midgut cells and the digestive enzyme activities of Mythimna separata (Walker) larvae. Observation results of electronic microscope showed midgut cells and their organelles of poisoned M. separata larvae to the total alkaloid from T. wilfordii exhibited distinct pathological changes. The microvilli of midgut cells were disordered and came off markedly. The mitochondria was irregularly enlarged , the bilayer membrane was not intact, and the cisternae of rough endoplasmic reticulum were distended. The results of biochemical analysis showed the activities of protease, amylase and lipase of the poisoned larval midgut had no significant changes compared with that of the control.
