摘  要:采用湿法超微粉碎技术制备七厘散软胶囊内容物。以物料粒度(D_(50)和D_(90))和稳定性等为考察指标,优化了工艺参数。优化工艺为:药材粗粉加1.5倍量预温至30~40℃的聚乙二醇400,40℃以下超微粉碎40 min,然后加入朱砂水飞粉,继续混合5 min。本工艺可显著提高软胶囊的溶出度。The content of Qil&an soft capsules was prepared with ultra-fine pulverization procedure by wet process. The parameters were optimized with particle size (D50 and D90) and stability as the indexes. The optimal process was: the ratio of the coarse powder of crude drug and PEG 400 (preheated to 30 - 40℃) was 1:1.5, ultra-fine pulverized under 40℃ for 40 min and then mixed with the levigated cinnabar for 5 min. The results showed that the dissolution of Qilisan soft capsules was significantly increased.
