七厘散软胶囊内容物加PEG400的湿法超微粉碎工艺研究

摘　　要：采用湿法超微粉碎技术制备七厘散软胶囊内容物。以物料粒度(D_(50)和D_(90))和稳定性等为考察指标,优化了工艺参数。优化工艺为:药材粗粉加1.5倍量预温至30～40℃的聚乙二醇400,40℃以下超微粉碎40 min,然后加入朱砂水飞粉,继续混合5 min。本工艺可显著提高软胶囊的溶出度。The content of Qil＆an soft capsules was prepared with ultra-fine pulverization procedure by wet process. The parameters were optimized with particle size （D50 and D90） and stability as the indexes. The optimal process was： the ratio of the coarse powder of crude drug and PEG 400 （preheated to 30 - 40℃） was 1：1.5, ultra-fine pulverized under 40℃ for 40 min and then mixed with the levigated cinnabar for 5 min. The results showed that the dissolution of Qilisan soft capsules was significantly increased.
