摘 要:为了加强供电公司对电力客户信用风险的事先控制,对用电客户信用分类进行了研究。首先,建立起符合电力客户特征的信用评判指标体系,然后,通过改进的层次分析法确定指标权重,最后,引进云模型对用电客户信用进行分类。摒弃了以往研究的硬划分,对客户信用的概念划分更加科学。分析证明,能够挖掘出更多有价值的信息,对用电客户信用的评价具有可行性和有效性。Customer credit categories are studied in order to enhance the prior control of credit risks of electric power end users. Credit evaluation index system is developed firstly. The weight of individual index system could be determined by improved AHP. Finally the cloud model is introduced to analyse the credit of the customers. Since it abandons the hard division method of previous studies, the model can reflect the data distribution more obviously and the partition is more scientific. Examples show that this model is feasible and effective by offering more hidden valuable information.
