摘  要:目的:在病理学教学中鼓励和推动学生之间进行竞争,以激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,为提高教学质量,改善教学方法提供新的依据。方法:在教学过程中引入竞争机制对比传统教学法,利用学生考试成绩检验两种教学方法的优劣。结果:竞争激励法的期末成绩与传统教学法比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),且在优秀、不及格两个等级上的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在中等、及格两个等级上的差别不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:竞争激励法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,主要表现在能提高优秀率和降低不及格率,从而达到了提高教学质量,改善教学方法的目的。Objective:To perfect teaching method and improve teaching quality,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and initiative by encouraging and promoting competition in pathology teaching. Methods: Introducing competition in pathology teaching compared with traditional teaching method. Using students' examination results,advantages and disadvantages of both teaching methods were analyzed. Results:The final examination scores have a significant difference between competitive and encouraging method and traditional teaching method(P〈0.01). There was a significant difference at excellent level and fail level(P〈0. 05), and there was no difference at medium level and pass muster level(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Teaching effect of competitive and encouraging method is significantly superior to that of traditional teaching method,which mainly increases the excellence rate and decreases the rate of fail,so as to achieve the goal of perfecting teaching method and improving teaching quality.
