摘  要:临床医学八年制教育的医学精英教育模式的开展,是我国经济快速发展的必然要求,也是我国医学教育发展的必然趋势。文章就全国12所高校开展八年制教育过程的探索与实践经验进行深刻总结与深入思考,对八年制实行的双导师制中基础导师制这一制度实行过程中存在的一些问题进行了调查与思考,并提出了一些建议,以期在多方努力下,八年制教育得以更好、更高效的开展与实施。The eight-year clinical medical education is carried out as a mode of elite medical education, It's essential for the rapid development of the economy, and is an inexorable trend of medical education as well in China. This paper makes some conclusions on eight-year clinical medical education that are practiced in 12 universities throughout the country. Furthermore, it makes some investigation in the application of the basic-tutor of eight-year medical education and gives some advice,in order that eight-year medical education will be improved with all the efforts.
