摘　　要：目前中国正处于经济转轨和社会转型的关键时期,构建和谐社会是进一步推动和保持经济高速发展的决定性因素。而建设服务型政府,既是和谐社会建设进程中政府改革的模式选择,同时也是实现和谐社会建设目标的重要保证。应该加强分析和谐社会建设与服务型政府建设的辨证关系,并在此基础上探索构建我国服务型政府的有效途径。At present, building a harmonious society is the determinant factor in further promoting and keeping rapid development of economy in the key period of economic transition and social transformation of China. Building a service - oriented government is both the model governmental reform chooses in the process of building a harmonious society and the important guarantee of realizing the objective of a harmonious society. This paper analyzes the dialectical relationship between harmonious society construction and service -oriented government construction, on the basis of which it proposes the effective approach to constructing a service - oriented government in China.
