流程化教学管理模式服务于临床教学的探讨

摘  要:在工业生产线中采用流程化生产是提高效率、精简程序、合理分工的主要方式。基于流程化模式高效性的思考,结合笔者多年医院教学管理工作的经验,认为流程化教学管理模式在临床教学中尤为重要,它既是提高临床教学的质量和效率的方式之一,又是一所综合性医疗服务机构实力的体现。归根结底,运用流程化管理(process management)模式就是集思广益搭框架,科学规范抓落实,查漏补缺添措施,质量管理促效益[1],把不简单的工作做到简单,把平凡的工作做到极致,把临床教学工作做精做细。所以,如何巧妙地运用流程化教学管理模式服务于临床教学,值得研究和探讨。It is well known that the adoption of process production in industrial plant is the main pattern of increasing efficiency, simplifying procedure and rational division. Based on the consideration of the highly effective process mode and years of teaching and managing experience in hospital, the teaching process management, form the perspective of the author, is believed to be very important in clinical teaching activities, which is not only a way to improve the quality and efficiency of clinical teaching but the reflection of the capability of a all--round health serv- ice. All in all, the process management means building frames by the way of pooling the wisdom of the masses, car rying out courses under the scientific standard, adding measures after finding out omissions, improving economic performance by quality control, simplifying difficult works, perfecting ordinary works and refining clinical teachings. Therefore, it is worth researching and investigating how to apply process management skillfully in clinical teaching. In this thesis some primary issues are proposed as to better work together with other clinical teaching managers.
