摘　　要：目的观察亚硒酸钠对人急性髓系白血病ＨＬ－６０细胞系的诱导分化作用。方法ＨＬ－６０细胞在含８×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ亚硒酸钠的ＲＰＭＩ１６４０培养液中置３７℃、５％ＣＯ２、９５％空气、饱和湿度培养５天，于第５天查细胞形态学及硝基四氮唑蓝（ＮＢＴ）试验。结果硒在上述条件下可使ＨＬ－６０细胞形态学分类中较成熟细胞的比例增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＮＢＴ试验阳性率增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Objective\ To examine if sodium selenite could induce differentiation of HL60 cells.\ Methods\ HL60 cells were incubated in a highly humidified atmosphere of 5% CO 2 at 37℃ for 5 days.\ Morphologic examination and nitroblue tetrazolium(NBT) test assay of the cells at the fifth day were performed.\ Results\ Exposure to 8×10 -6 mol/L sodium selenite induces differentiation of HL60 cells to certain degree in the direction to mature granulocytic cells.\ Conclusion\ That sodium selenite may be as a potential inducing agent of HL60 cell differentiation under certain circumstances.
