绿舒筋对实体型肝癌小鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性的调节作用

摘　　要：用＾１２５Ｉ－ＵｄＲ释放法研究实体型癌鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性，以探讨绿舒筋注射液对肿瘤机体细胞免疫功能的调节作用，通过该药对害体型肝癌鼠的治疗及其生存期的影响和其自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）活性的测定，动态观察，发现一定剂量的绿舒筋注射液对实体型肝癌鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性有显著增强作用，并明显延长该鼠生存期，此结果提示ＮＫ活性的促进可能为绿舒筋抗肿瘤作用的机理之一。To investigate the immuno-regulating effect of euonymus mupinesis (EM) on cellular immune function of tumor-bearing body, 125I-UdR releasing method was used to research natural killer cells (NK) activity of spleen cells in hepatocyte solid cancer HSC-bearing mice. By means of the drug therapy, detection and dynamic observation of NK activity of spleen cells, and observation on survival period of time of HSC mice, it was shown that a given dose of EM injection can markedly enhance NK activity and survival time of HSC mice. The results suggest that enhancement of NK activity may be one of the mechanisms of antitumor effect of EM injection.
