前交通动脉瘤DSA全脑血管造影对外科手术的意义

摘　　要：目的：总结经神经显微外科手术证实的３９例前交通动脉瘤全脑血管造影。材料与方法：根据标准侧位片，将其中３０例囊性前交通动脉瘤分为前下型和后上型。结果：前下型２０例，后上型１０例。结论：前下型手术操作简便，预后良好；后上型操作难度大预后差。根据此分型，按载瘤动脉侧选择手术进路，评估预后。Objective: To summarize the cerebral angiograms of 39 cases with anterior communicating artery aneurysm treated with microneurosurgical method. Materials and Methods:Among the 39 cases, 30 cases with the saccular aneurysm were divided into two types according to lateral position plain film. The first type was called anteroinferior model and second one was called backhigh model.Results:20 cases of anteroinferior model and 10 cases of backhigh model were observed.Conclusion: The operation performance was easier and prognosis was better in the first type than these patients in second one. Operation approaches with its parent artery were selected and the prognosis was estimated according to the divided type. It is significant to guide clinical operation.
