摘　　要：对临床保密的理解存在认识上和观念上的分歧,因而在临床实践中使医生面临了选择的难题。本文分析了两种完全不同性质的临床保密形式及其各自的特点和意义;分析了临床保密应用中存在的困难;着重阐述了传统以保密为中心的保护性医疗将逐渐被医患真诚交流为基础的公开性医疗所代替的理由。The questions of how to define, differentiate and handle clinical secrecies and their implications are understood in widely varied ways not only among persons with different background, health knowledge level and philosophy of life, but also among medical professionals having various accumulation of work experience; need to be explored from classified as well as individualized perspectives, so as to summarize and raise scattered case studies to higher theoretical levels; and emphasize the importance or dynamic and dialectical nature which acknowledges that changes occur over time, from person to person, in service location, and due to innovating forms of medical technology and treatment modes made possible by technological progress.
