摘　　要：以离子液体为溶剂,在微波辐射下合成了合成肽核酸的重要原料,反应时间短,普适性好,收率较高,具有很高的区域选择性.产品经1H NMR,13C NMR表征.A facile approach has been developed for the synthesis of N-（alkyloxycarbonylmethyl） nucleobases, the building blocks for Peptide Nucleic Acids（PNA）. All the nucleobases are regioseleetively alkylated and the desired products are obtained in moderate to high yields under microwave irradiation for short time in ionie liquid as the solvent and in the presence of K2CO3 as the base.
