摘　　要：运用文献资料法,从健美操运动的文化及其社会价值两个方面研究了健美操运动中有关社会学的问题.研究表明,健美操文化是健美操运动发展的理论支撑,健美操运动的社会价值是健美操运动存在与发展的根源和动力,两者相互促进,相互影响.Through literature review, this paper studies issues about sociology in aerobics game from two aspects： aerobics culture and its social value. The study shows that aerobics culture provides the theoretical support for the development of aerobics, and its social value is the root and impetus of its existence and development. These two aspects interact and promote each other.
