摘　　要：从描述汽车制造企业供应链管理的难题入手,对订单式产销模式的中、长期发展方向和短期改善途径进行了全面分析,对模式创新过程中的风险及其防范措施进行了研究,并指出订单式产销模式将是汽车制造企业未来的发展方向。The paper describes the problems existing in supply chain management of automobile manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the long and medium-term developing trend and the short-term improved way of Build-to-Order pattern, studies the risk and risk control in the course of pattern innovation and points out that the Build-to-Order pattern will be the future direction of automobile manufacturing industry.
