西帕依固龈液治疗放射性口腔粘膜炎的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:评价西帕依固龈液预防及治疗放射性口腔粘膜炎的临床疗效。方法:108(例)鼻咽癌放射治疗患者随机分为2组,实验组58例用西帕依固龈液含漱,对照组50例用氯乙定含漱剂(口泰)进行治疗。观察放射性口腔粘膜炎的发生时间和程度。结果:实验组的Ⅰ级放射性口腔粘膜炎发生的时间推迟4～5 d。与对照组相比,实验组Ⅲ级放射性口腔粘膜炎的发生率明显减少(P<0.01),实验组未出现Ⅳ级放射性口腔粘膜炎,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液作为一种治疗口腔粘膜炎的口腔用药,可以推迟放射性口腔粘膜炎的发生时间,减轻放射性口腔粘膜的损伤。Objective： This study was designed to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Xipayi mouth rinse in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） patients with radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis. Methods： One hundred and eight NPC patients were randomized divided into two treatment groups. The first group received radiotherapy plus Xipayi mouth rinse （n = 58）. The second group received radiotherapy plus chlorhexidine rinse （n = 50） as control, respectively. The time and degree of radiotherapy-induced oral mucositis were compared between two groups. Results： We found a 4-5 days delay of the occurrence of mueositis grade Ⅰ （P 〈0.01）, in the first group,and a significant decrease in the incidence of mucositis grade Ⅲ （P〈0.01）, meanwhile,we did not observe the occurrence of mucositis grade Ⅳ （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： As a medicine of treating oral mucositis, Xipayi mouth rinse can delay the occurrence of radiotherapy-induced mucositis, and better alleviation of radiotherapy-induced oral lesions.
