应用根管显微镜对疑难根管再治疗的病因分析

摘　　要：目的:总结应用根管显微镜对疑难根管再治疗的结果,对其进行分析以便为治疗与预防提供依据。方法:本文分析了2006年11月～2008年11月转到新疆医科大学第二附属医院口腔科就诊的214例疑难根管病例。结果:钙化根管和根管再治疗为主要病因的有96例,占门诊病例的45%,且以磨牙为主;其次是根管内器械分离82例,占38%;遗漏根管与C型根管共27例,占13%,余为穿孔修补9例。结论:根管治疗仍然是牙体牙髓病的治疗难点,引起失败的原因很多。应用根管显微镜对根管再治疗的治疗结果有很大的改善,但要从根本上改变引起根管治疗失败的因素以减少再治疗的发病率。Objective： To summarize of dental operating microscope on the outcome of the difficult root canal retreatment, provide a basis for the prevention and treatment. Methods： To analyze 214 cases with difficult root canal retreatment from Nov 2006 to Nov 2008 in our department. Results： The calcification of the root canal and root canal retreatment were major causes of 96 cases,accounting for 45 percent of outpatient cases and mainly in molar; followed by root canal in 82 cases of separation equipment accounting for 38%. A total of 27 with root canal left and C-root canal cases accounted for 13%, and perforated patch for 9. Conclusion： Root canal treatment is still difficult in treatment, and these are a lot of reasons for the failure. Application of dental operating microscopere to treat root canal has greatly improved the outcome, but a fundamental change for canal treatment failure factors is important to reduce the incidence of re-treatment.
