摘　　要：政府宏观调控对于保持国民经济又好又快发展具有重要意义。我国宏观调控经历了"计划式"计划调控、"大起大落"式宏观调控、"软着陆"式宏观调控、"精确"式宏观调控等几个阶段。西方发达国家宏观调控的发展亦具有阶段性。在借鉴其经验教训的基础上,对宏观调控目标、模式、手段、工具选择等作出改善,明确宏观调控发展方向,可为建立健全宏观调控体系提供参考依据。Marco-control of Chinese government is of great importance to healthy development of national economy. China＇s macro-control experienced a ＂plan＂ type of program control, ＂ups and downs＂ type of macro-control, a ＂soft landing＂ type of macro-control, ＂precision＂ type of macro-control. Western developed countries also has shown phases in development of the macro-control . The article draws lessons from their experience together, improves the goals, models, tools, tool selection of the macro-control, clears the direction of the macro regulation and provides a reference to a sound macro-control system.
