摘  要:用转糖苷法,以红薯淀粉、乙二醇、长链醇为原料,在2000L反应釜中生产了淀粉烷基多糖苷系列产品。工艺条件为m(红薯淀粉)∶m(乙二醇)∶m(长链醇)=1∶4∶1,残压小于9.3kPa,反应温度100~120℃。平均聚合度DP=1.10%,表面张力31.1~35.5mN/m,w(无机盐)<1.0%,w(固型物)>50%,w(活性物)>80%,w(游离脂肪醇)<1%。分析了刮膜除醇及氧化、还原脱色的生产工艺条件对产物的影响。用红外、气相色谱表征了产品。Alkyl polyglycosides is produced in the 2 000 L reactor, through the transglycosylation process of sweet potato starch, using glycol and alkyl chain alcohol as raw materials. The technological parameters are m ( sweet potato starch ) : m (glycol) : m ( alkyl chain alcohol ) = 1 : 4 : 1 ; the residual pressure is less than 9.3 kPa and reaction temperature from 100 ℃ to 120 ℃. Average polymerization degree(DP) is 1.10% ,surface tension is from 31.1 mN/m to 35.5 mN/m. w(abio-salt) 〈 1.0% ,w ( solid substance) 〉 50%, w ( active matter) 〉 80%, w ( alkyl chain alcohol) 〈 1%. The technology of production is to analyse. Concerning how to get rid of alkyl chain alcohol through equipment of fall film and the decolorization of products through oxidation and deoxidization. RFIR and GC prove that the product is alkyl polyglycosides.
