摘　　要：在现有高速公路视频监控系统建设运行的基础上,结合属地管理的原则,引入视频联网监控的层次划分和交通监控域的概念,并在此基础之上构建省域范围内的多级交通视频联网监控平台,实现视频监控平台的联网、授权、认证、调用等功能,使得省内各相关营运部门和管理部门在获得授权的情况下共享交通视频资源,为道路运营和管理决策提供可靠的依据与保障。On the basis ofarchitecture of current highway video monitoring systems, this paper introduced the concepts of monitoring hierarchy and autonomous region. By combining the principles of territorial jurisdiction, the paper integrated the public video resources with transportation domain, constructed a provincial multistage transportation video networking monitoring platform, and realized the functions of networking, authorization, authentication and call, etc. Therefore, the provincial relevant departments can share the transportation video resources after being authorized, which provides reliable basis and support for management and decision-making.
