摘  要:在5~75℃以10℃为梯度差。pH7.5时研究了温度对泥鳅肝胰脏及肠道不同部位消化酶活性的影响。试验结果表明,泥鳅肝胰脏淀粉酶活性最适温度为45℃,肠道各部位淀粉酶活性最适温度为35℃;蛋白酶活性最适温度肝胰脏及前肠为55℃,中肠及后肠为45℃;肝胰脏及中肠脂肪酶活性最适温度为55℃,前肠及后肠脂肪酶活性在45℃时最高。The impact of temperature on digestive enzyme activities of intestine and hepatopancreas in oriental weatherfish (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) was studied under the condition of pH 7.5, and 8 different temperature ranging from 5 to 75 ℃. It was found that the optimum temperature of amylase activity was 45 ℃ in the hepatopancreas, and 35 ℃ in the intestine. The maximal protease activity was observed at 55 ℃ in hepatopancreas and foregut and at 45 ℃ in the midgut and hindgut. The maximal lipase activity was found at 55 C in the hepatopancreas and midgut. However the maximal lipase activity was observed at 45 ℃ in the foregut and hindgut.
