摘　　要：本文运用动态数学模型方法，以浙江省2001年-2008年的数据为数据源，通过对高教层次结构与经济增长的拟合分析，揭示两者的相关关系；通过分析这些年高校毕业生平均就业率和就业率标准差等数值，初步阐述浙江省高等教育专业结构与产业结构的适应程度，从而为高校培养适应经济发展的人才提供决策依据。Dynamic mathematical model has been used to analyze the data from 2001 to 2008 in Zhejiang Province. Through the fitting analysis of the hierarchical structure of higher education and economic growth, their correlation has been revealed. The standard deviation and average value of employment rate of college graduates has also been analyzed to demonstrate the match degree of professional structure of higher education and industrial structure which will be the basis for decision-making about the way of talent training in higher education.
