摘 要:目的:研究抗病毒口服液中单味中药定性定量方法,提高抗病毒口服液的质量控制标准。方法:在定性研究方面,采用薄层层析法对连翘、知母、石菖蒲进行鉴别,并探讨了广藿香和地黄等药材的薄层鉴别方法;在含量研究方面,建立了HPLC法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。结果:知母、石菖蒲和连翘的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,阴性对照无干扰。翘苷平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=1.75%。结论:本法简便、准确,专属性强,可对该药品进行有效的质量控制。Objective:To study the qualitative and quantitative methods of single herb in Anti-virus Oral Liquid,and improve the quality standard of Anti-virus Oral Liquid. Methods: On qualitative study,Fructus Forsythiae ,Rhizoma anemarrhenaeand and Rhizorna A cori Tatarinowii were identified by thin-layer chromatography( TLC ),and Herba Pogostemonis ,Radix Rehmanniae were also studied. On quantitative study,the method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for determination of phillyrin in Anti-virus Oral Liquid was established. Results:Rhizoma anemarrhenae ,Rhizoma A cori Tatarinowii and Fructus Forsythiae can be identified by TLC. The average recovery of Phillyrin was 99.42% ,RSD =1.75%. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and specific,and can be used for the quality control of Anti-virus Oral Liquid.
