摘　　要：通过总结和收集专家的知识经验和示例,研究并设计了一种基于知识的模具设计专家系统,包括工艺方式的选择、工艺参数的设计、模具结构方案、模具工作零件的设计、模具其他零件设计以及总装图和各种模具零件图的绘制等方面的内容。该专家系统以实际的专家知识和经验为背景,合理判断和推理,初步实现了集知识、设计、选材、校核和出图为一体的模具设计功能。A kind of expert system for mold design based on knowiedge was set up by summing up and collecting experts＇ knowledge, experience and some samples. It includes：selecting the technology method, design the technology parameters, mold structure, mold working parts and other mold parts and draw all kinds of mold parts. The proposed system is reasonable and reasoning. It implements the mold design function by integrating the knowledge, design, material selection, verification and drawing.
