摘　　要：论述了IT项目成员绩效评价的必要性。在现有文献和研究成果的基础上,建立了灰色聚类模型用以评价IT项目成员的绩效。以F公司的数据为例,进行了案例分析并得出了相关结论和建议。The importance of performance appraisal of IT project members was reviewed. Based on the previous literatures and researches, a grey clustering model to assess the performance of both ordinary staff and manafer was developed in a IT project. The data of company F was used as an example to make some case analysis. Related conclusions were reached and some suggestions were provided.
