摘  要:SWOT分析是把企业所处的系统内外环境所形成的优势、劣势、机会和风险4个方面的情况结合起来对企业的战略进行分析,以寻求培育具有核心竞争力和持续发展之路。采用SWOT方法,理论与实证相结合,以湖北光通信企业的重点企业烽火科技集团的战略发展为例,分析湖北光通信企业在以次贷危机为首的挑战和中国3G全面展开的重大机遇等条件下经营发展的思路及对策建议。SWOT analysis is a method to analyze the internal and external conditions and environments of the enterprise. It distinguishes and identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks associated with the enterprise to cultivate core competitiveness and sustainable development. Taking Hubei Fenghuo Technology Group, the optical communication enterprise in Hubei key enterprises as an example,by combining theory and empirical study, SWOT methods were used to analyze the challenges in loan crisis at an inferior race. Some operation and development ideas and countermeasures faced with the opportunities led by the Chinese 3G were also provided.
