摘 要:针对产品分类和供应链匹配策略在定量研究方面的不足,提出了一个产品分类和供应链匹配的量化决策模型。基于相关研究成果和专家经验,设计了三层级问卷表,并确定了合适的权重和判据。该模型为供应链匹配策略的定量研究提供了一个新的思路和方法。Aiming at the lack of quantitative research on supply chain matching strategy, an approach to manufacturing supply chain (SC) selection was put forward,in which a quantitative decision- making model was established for product categorizing and SC matching. Based on the correlative research fruits and expert experience, a questionnaire with three levels was designed and the weights and criterion in the questionnaire were determined appropriately.
