摘　　要：采用有限元软件ANSYS对斜辊矫直机机架强度刚度进行了分析,并对机架应力进行测试。将有限元计算结果与实测结果对比,验证了有限元的合理性和准确性。分析结果对设计和改造斜辊矫直机及其机架的结构型式具有较好的指导作用。The intensity and rigidity of cross-roll straightener frame are analysed with the finite element software ANSYS and the stress of the flame are tested. The FEM result are compared with experimental result and the accuracy and rationality of FEA results are verified. The analysis results has significant guidance to design and transformation the structural type of cross-roll straightener and its frame.
