摘  要:目的探讨不同直径纤维桩修复上前牙的抗折强度。方法对24颗离体上颌中切牙截冠后行根管治疗,随机分成3组,分别采用1#、2#、3#纤维桩进行桩冠修复,超硬石膏包埋,电子万能试验机上以135度方向进行静态加载,测试其断裂载荷。结果3组实验牙的断裂载荷值随桩直径增加而增大,随剩余牙本质厚度的减小而减小。结论在纤维桩冠修复上颌中切牙时,直径为1.38mm的较好。Objective To study the strenth against folding of incisor repared with fiber post system. Methods Twenty-four human maxillary incisors were randomly divided into three groups with 8 teeth each. The maxillary incisors were endodontically treated. The crowns were amputated and restored with U. M. fiber reinforced post and composite core cast metal crown. The diameters of posts were 1.12 mm,1.32 mm and 1.54 mm, respectively. After that,the roots were embedded with plaster and loaded on universal testing machine at a 135-degree angle to the long axis of the roots until the roots fractured. Results The fracture loads were increased as the diameters were enlarged, which were decresed as the thickness of remainder dentine became thinner. Conclusion The suitable diameter of the post for restoring the root of maxillary central incisor by fiber post-and-core system is 1.38 mm.
