摘  要:分析了调速帽深筒形件成形的工艺特点,针对零件在成形过程中易拉裂,拉深系数分配不合理,表面不平整等关键问题,制定了新的工艺方案,随后对该工艺方案进行了全面模拟分析,合理分配了拉深系数,很好地解决了多次拉深中的拉裂问题;为使零件表面平整,在最后一次拉深时,凸模上增设预整形角。生产试验表明:当预整形角为33°时,凸缘无开裂,经整形后零件表面平整度得到了一定提高,取得了满意的效果。The technological characteristics of the deep tube part of cap were analyzed. According to the key questions of pulling crack, unreasonable drawing coefficient distribution and irregular surface, the new process was set down. Then the new process was studied comprehensively by simulation analysis means. The drawing coefficient is distributed reasonably, the problem of pulling crack was solved. In order to make flange surface more even, an angle was adopted in upper die during the design. The production experiment shows that when the angle is 33°, the satisfactory result is achieved.
