摘 要:在员工比较分散的企业,实时、准确地统计员工和班组的任务完成状况是一件比较困难的事情。传统的统计方法是通过树形结构进行,其实时性和准确性无法得到保证。提出了一种使用星型结构统计经营数据的低成本统计方法。每个员工及时把自己的业务发展数据直接发往星型结构的中心即短信信箱平台,系统管理员可以随时从平台上下载数据进行分析。分析采用通用的Excel,有效降低了统计成本。In corporations where employees scatter, it is difficult to have real-time, accurate statistics of team staff and how they complete their tasks. Traditional statistical method works through the tree structure, so real-time statistics and accuracy can not be guaranteed. The article presents a new and low-cost statistical method which applies hub-and-spoke in data processing: Each employee timely sends their business data directly to the hub-and-spoke-mail message that is at the center of the platform, so that the system administrator can download data from the platform for his data analysis. This analysis makes use of the commonly used excel, and reduces the cost of statistics effectively.
