摘　　要：从小肽的吸收机制、小肽对动物的营养作用、小肽的生理活性以及影响小肽吸收利用的因素方面进行了论述,阐明了小肽的营养研究进展。但小肽是如何参与氮的代谢,畜禽生长需要量又如何,还有待进一步探讨。This paper elaborates on mechanism of absorption,nutrition,biological activity of small peptide and absorption in-fluencing factor and illuminate studing progress of small peptide nutrition.But how small peptide participates in nitrogenous metabolism and growth requirement of livestock and poultry will be further discussed.
