摘 要:教学过程中的师生文化冲突是指代表成人文化的教师文化和代表儿童团体文化的学生亚文化在传播和彼此接触的过程中产生的冲突。中小学阶段是从儿童迈向成年的一种过渡性的阶段,这一阶段的师生文化冲突已成为当前我国学校教育中一个较为突出的文化现象。学校正视师生文化冲突,协助建立新型教师角色,搭建师生对话的桥梁,有助于师生文化冲突的化解,创建良好的学校文化氛围。The culture conflict is generated during the process of adult - teacher subculture interacting with the adolescent-student subculture in school education. The period of primary and secondary schools, in which children turn into adults, is the transitional period. The conflict generated in this period has emerged as a prominent cultural phenomenon in China. School should pay attention to such culture conflict, helping to establish a new role of teachers, setting up conversations for teachers and students, in order to solve the conflict and create a favorable cultural atmosphere in school.
