角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法对本院60例翼状胬肉患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组行单纯翼状胬肉切除术,观察组行角膜缘上皮移植术。结果两组患者术后植片水肿消退,愈合良好,角膜表面逐渐恢复光滑透明,随访6个月～1年,眼角膜上皮光滑,植片结膜平复无充血,视力均明显提高。观察组平均修复天数、术后1年复发率、术后一年裸眼视力均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结膜创面愈合延迟例数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉手术简便、安全,成功率高,有效改善视功能,大大降低胬肉手术的复发率,是目前治疗翼状胬肉的最佳手术方法。值得临床推广。Objective Observe limbal epithelial transplantation treatment pterygium effect. Methods 60 cases pterygium patients were randomly divided into observer group and control group in our hospital, control group patients were treated with simple excision of pterygium, observer group patients were treated with limbal epithelial transplantation. Results Two groups of patients graft edema, healing well post-operative, the surface of the corneal gradual return smooth transparency, followed-up 6 months to 1 year, smooth corneal epithelium, the grafts healed without conjunctival hyperemia, visual acuity significantly improve, control group patients average number of days to repair, post-operative recurrence rate 1 year after surgery a year uncorrected visual acuity was significantly better than control group patient＇ s, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, control group patients conjunctival wound healing delay numbers were significantly lower than control group, patient＇ s, there were significant differences （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Limbal epithelial transplantation treatment pterygium operation is simple, safe,high success rate, can effective improve visual, function, reduced pterygium surgery significantly relapse rate,is the best treatment of pterygium surgery. Worthy to be popularized.
