单双相抑郁注意功能的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:研究单、双相抑郁治疗前后注意功能障碍的特点。方法:对27例单相抑郁和30例双相抑郁患者予以3个月药物治疗,治疗前后分别评定HAM D量表、S troop测验、TM T-A测验、DCT测验、W A IS-RC的算术、数字广度和数字符号分测验,与26名正常对照进行比较。结果:治疗前后,病例组均在多项测验指标上差于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,单相组在DCT-5正确数得分上差于双相组(P<0.05),治疗后在DCT 5漏数、S troop-C得分上差于双相组(P<0.05)。结论:单双相抑郁都存在特质性和状态性并存的注意功能障碍,但损害存在差异,双相抑郁的注意功能损害较轻。Objective：To explore the attention disorder in unipolar and bipolar depression. Methods：27 unipolar depression and 30 bipolar depression natients were taken the drug treatment for 12 weeks,and 26 healthy people were involved as controls. The depression severity was assessed with the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and attention with a series of neuropsychological tests including arithmetic,digital span and digital symbol of Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale-Revised in China （WAIS-RC）, Stroop, Trail Making Test-A （TMT-A）, Digital Cancellation Test （DCT）. Results：Befoer and after treatment,unipolar and bipolar de sion group patients had lower scores of almost all the neuropsychological tests than the control group （P〈0.05） . treatment ,unipolar depression group had lower scores of the corret number of DCT 5 than bipolar depression group（P〈0.05）;after treatment ,had lower scores of missing numbers of DCT 5,Stroop-C than bipolar depression group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：It is common that unipolar and bipolar depression patients have attention disfonction,bipoiar depression attention impairment is slightly lighter than unipolar depression and both the characteristic of trait and statement are exist simultaneouly in unipolar depression and bipolar depression.
