摘　　要：在浆纱工艺过程计算机控制系统中，上浆率等关键参数必须实时检测，为浆纱质量的控制提供可靠、科学的数据．本文论述了经改进后的上浆率快速实时检测的原理。In the computer control system of sizing processes,some key parameters which provide reliable and scientific data for obtaining quality yarn sizing should be measured in real time.Size pick up is one of the parameters.This article introduces the principle and components of the reformed fast real time size pick up detection and the application in the system.
