颞肌筋膜瓣在口腔肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颞肌筋膜瓣(TMF)在修复口腔肿瘤术后缺损中的应用。方法在2002～2008年期间,用颞肌筋膜瓣对12例口腔肿瘤术后缺损患者进行同期修复。结果随访6～24个月,12例颞肌筋膜瓣全部成活;患者的语言、吞咽功能无明显障碍,外观满意。结论颞肌筋膜瓣是部分口腔肿瘤术后缺损修复较为理想的选择。Objective To explore the application of the temporalis myofacial flap （TMF） in reconstruction of oncologic defects of oral cavity. Method From 2002 to 2008, 12 cases with oral neoplasms were treated surgically with TMF to reconstruct the oncologic defects. Result With follow-up of 6 to 24 months, there were no cases of flap loss, no infections, speech or swallowing disturbance after reconstrutions and the aesthetic were satisfied. Conclusion TMF is a useful and reliable flap for reconstructing some of oral oncologic defects.
