摘　　要：目的:了解湖北省第三轮全球基金艾滋病项目多部门参与活动所取得的成就和存在的问题,提出对策建议。方法:通过问卷调查和深度访谈收集相关数据资料,进行统计分析。结果:项目活动参与部门众多,涉及面广、形式多样化、成果丰硕、社会影响大、推动了相关政策的制定,有效地推进了湖北省艾滋病防控工作,但也存在一些问题。建议:通过转变项目负责人的认识,加强与项目负责人的沟通,建立激励机制和扩大宣传力度等措施,促进项目进一步可持续性发展。Objective：To understand the outcomes and existing problems of multi-sectoral participation in AIDS project of the third global fund in Hubei Province and to provide countermeasures and suggestions.Method：Collecting related data through questionnaire and depth interview and carrying on the statistical analysis.Result：The project was of numerous participating departments,wide range,diversified forms, abundant accomplishment and great social influence.lt had promoted the related policy formulation and the Hubei provincial AIDS prevention effectively,but some problems also existed.Suggestion：To promote the project＇s further sustainable development through changing the project leader＇s understanding,strengthening the communication with the project leader establishing incentive mechanism and expanding propaganda dynamics and so on.
