摘　　要：20世纪30年代的经济危机给美国高等教育造成了深刻的影响,主要表现为高校在校生人数减少,学生选择发生变化,高校收入大幅下降。为缓解经济萧条对高等教育的影响,政府采取了一系列措施,如增加教育拨款、学生资助等,并取得了良好的效果。当前由美国"次贷危机"引发的金融危机正日益蔓延。因此,系统总结20世纪30年代经济危机对美国高等教育的影响和措施,对我国高等教育事业的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。The Great Depression in the 1930s had a profound impact on U.S. higher education, which was mainly presented through the followings. In colleges and universities, the number of students reduced and their options changed, and schools＇ revenues slumped. To alleviate the impact of depression on higher education, the government adopted a series of measures, such as increasing the funding for education and students＇ financial assistance schemes, and so on, which had achieved very good results. Currently, the financial crisis caused by the United States is increasingly spreading, therefore, a systematic summary of the impacts on higher education of the financial crisis and measures adopted by the government will be helpful for the development of our higher education.
