摘 要:水质的恶化和氨的毒性是影响水生生物存活率和产量的主要障碍,因此如何净化水质并高效除氨已成为养殖技术的难点和研究热点.本文以不同的有机质作为唯一碳源定向驯化筛选净化水产养殖水域的光合细菌,并通过各菌株生长速率、生物活性、基质利用能力以及实际净化水产养殖水域去除有机质、同化氨,增加溶解氧的能力比较,筛选出13株较为理想的紫色非硫光合细菌.The major obstacles influence the livability and production of hydrophilic biotics are the water quality depravation and the toxicity of ammonia. To depurate water quality and remove ammonia it has become the nodes and hotspot in aquatics breed. Using different organisms as the only carbon source to domesticate and screen directionally the purple nonsulfur photosynthetic bacteria which were used to depurate aquiculture water area. By determining the growth rate, biological activity, ability of utilization carbon source and removing of organisms, nationalization ammonia, increasing dissolve oxygen of the purple nonsulfur photosynthetic bacteria in decontamination aquiculture water area, and 13 perfect strains were gained.
