摘　　要：本文从城镇化的经济原理出发,分析城镇化是经济工业化的历史必然趋势。在借鉴巴西、韩国和爱尔兰等三个与中国有着相似背景的国家在建设本国城镇化过程中的经验和教训,得出新形势下我国农村城镇化的重要指导原则和政策建议。This study analyzed the inevitability of the suburbanization following with the economic industrialization by expatiate the suburbanization theory.China has the similar background with Brazil,South Korea and Ireland.The author brings forward the key guidance and policy advice according to their successful experience and lesson.
