摘  要:为贯彻落实西部大开发战略,2001年教育部启动实施了"对口支援西部地区高等学校计划"。结合北京中医药大学开展的多种形式支援工作,如在学科建设、师资培养、科研与产业开发、教学条件的改善等方面对受援高校进行支持,总结培养西部高校进修教师的具体做法,指出应建立顺畅的管理服务体系,发挥导师作用,提供良好环境,注重培养过程,规范各项管理,全部落实各项工作,以确保师资的培养质量。To implement the strategy of development of the west regions, the Ministry of Education started the " Pairing-Assistance Scheme for Colleges of West China" in 2001. In terms of multiple assistance modes ,e.g. specialty construction, teachers training, development of science research and industry, improvement of teaching condition, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has offered help to colleges of West China. The experience is summarized in this paper, which points out that it is necessary to build up an administrative and service system, bring the instructor's role into full play, perfect the training environment and process, and administration to ensure the training quality of teachers.
