摘　　要：建立了某轿车副车架有限元模型,通过结构分析,确定了该副车架的边界条件,在此基础上对该车副车架在恶劣工况下进行了仿真模拟,根据仿真结果,提出了对该副车架的改进建议,并通过改进前后的仿真结果对比,进一步地验证了结构改进的有效性。A finite element model of a car subframe has been created and the boundary conditions were defined by structure analysis. On the base of the analysis, the simulation was conducted under the worst working conditions. According to the simulation results, modifications of the subframe structure are proposed. The comparison between the original and modified model shows that the modified structure is strengthened.
