摘　　要：难治性青光眼的病因复杂,常规滤过性手术成功率低,失败原因主要是滤过口处成纤维细胞增殖以及瘢痕形成而使滤过口阻塞所致。因此,寻找合理的抗代谢药物和建立改良术式来减少手术失败是治疗难治性青光眼的发展趋势。现将国内外报道较多的抗代谢药物和改良术式的新进展及其应用前景作一综述。Refractory glaucoma has complicated causes and lower successful rate in routine filtrating surgery. The major cause of failure is occlusion in filtrating canal by fibroblast proliferation and scar.Accordingly appropriate antimetabolite agents and modified operation is the tendency to treat refractory glaucoma.This article reviews the recent advances and prospect in antimetabolite agents and modified operations home and abroad.
