摘 要:目的观察并比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙修复中的临床疗效。方法选取200颗需行桩冠修复的前牙,分别用玻璃纤维桩(A组,100颗)和铸造金属桩核(B组,100颗)制作桩核,用烤瓷全冠进行修复,患者随访3年,观察其临床修复效果。结果A组治疗成功98颗,失败2颗;B组治疗成功86颗,失败14颗。两组修复效果的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩在前牙牙体缺损修复中具有操作方便,色泽好等优点,优于铸造桩核。Objective To observe the clinical effects of glass fiber post and metal post in anterior teeth restoration. Methods Glass fiber posts (group A, 100 teeth) and metal posts (group B, 100 teeth) were used for 200 anterior teeth restoration. Mter three-year follow-up, they were observed the restoration effect. Results The treatments of 98 teeth were effective and that of 2 teeth were failure in group A. The treatments of 86 teeth were effective and that of 14 teeth were failure in group B. There was statistically significant difference between two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Glass fiber post is better in convenient handling and good colour for anterior teeth restoration compared with metal post.
