国产利培酮对男性精神分裂症患者催乳素影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨国产利培酮(索乐)对精神分裂症男性患者血清催乳素(PRL)水平影响。方法将60例符合中国精神疾病障碍分类第3版(CCMD-3)精神分裂症诊断标准的男性患者随机分为利培酮(索乐)组(30例)和氟哌啶醇组(30例),采用酶联免疫法测定两组治疗前后的PRL水平;采用PANSS量表评定两组临床疗效。结果①两组治疗8周末的PANSS量表评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);②治疗前利培酮(索乐)组与氟哌啶醇组的PRL水平差异无统计学意义;治疗后利培酮(索乐)组与氟哌啶醇组的PRL水平均比治疗前升高,但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论国产利培酮(索乐)和氟哌啶醇均能升高患者的PRL水平,但两者差异无显著性。Objective The effects of risperidone made in china on serum prolactin in male patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 in male patients meeting with CCMD-3 criteria for schizophrenia were divided into two groups： risperidone group （30cases） and haloperidol group（30cases）, and 25 male were involved as controls. Serumprolactin was examined before and after treatment with ELISA. Results （1） Two groups of treatment over the weekend 8 Scale PANSS score were significantly lower than before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; （2）Before treatment with risperidone （Solomon） group and haloperidol group PRL levels was no significant difference ; after treatment with risperidone （Solomon） group and haloperidol group than those in the treatment of PRL levels the former increased, but between the two groups no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The serum prolaction levels increase in geriatric male patients with schizophrenia both the treatment of risperidone group and haloperidol group.
