磨牙残根残冠分根保存修复的临床应用

摘　　要：目的保存磨牙的残根残冠以提高患者的整休保存率。方法将磨牙的残根残冠,经完善的根管治疗和处理之后,采用分根法进行保存修复。结果31颗磨牙的残根残冠经2年观察,保存成功率89.0%,患牙能正常行使咀嚼功能。结论分根后修复的方法能有效提高磨牙残冠保存率。Objective To conserve the residual roots and crowns of posterior molars as many as poossible and to increase the conservative prosthetics of the molars residual roots and crowns which were selected. Methods All these must be performed after escellent root canal herapy. Results success rate reached 89. 0% . These teeth can performed their normal function. Conclusion The applicaion of prosthetics after root separation is a good method to improve the conservative rate of molar residual roots and crowns.
