摘  要:根据回转式空气预热器的工作机理,通过理论分析,把金属蓄热元件视为某一假想的流体,将非稳态传热与金属蓄热元件的机械运动等同于稳态换热过程,采用控制容积法建立了回转式空气预热器的流体动力学传热微分方程组与对应的差分方程组,详细给出了数值解法的计算过程,并以某220 MW锅炉机组的三分仓冷、热分段回转式空气预热器为例,结合实际运行参数进行了校核热力计算.结果表明:该数值解法合理、收敛快且具有合理的计算精度,可以得到空气预热器运行中金属蓄热元件、烟气与空气的温度分布;经与实际运行参数校核,与设计工况参数较吻合.According to the working mechanism of rotary air preheater, taking the metal heat-retaining element as a hypothesis fluid and assuming the unsteady heat transfer and mechanical motion of the metal heat-retaining element as a steady heat transfer process, the fluid dynamic and heat transfer differential equations and corresponding difference equations for rotary air preheater were founded by use of control volume method through theoretical analysis. The calculation process of the numerical method was given in detail. As an example, the thermal check calculation was carried out according to the practical operational parameters of a tri-sectional regenerative air heater with separated cold and hot sections of a 220 MW boiler unit. Results show that the numerical method is reasonable, and has fast convergence and reasonable calculation accuracy. The reasonable temperature distribution of the metal heat-retaining element, flue gas and air in the air preheater can be obtained. Checked by the practical operational parameters, the calculat- ing results agree well with the parameters under design condition.
